IDL

I am not sure how to describe IDL but it is kind of a programing IDE (http://www.ittvis.com)?  Every time I start PG Offline IDL wants to install.  IDL is already installed on my computer for use with another program.  Are you using IDL with your program?

No. I don't think so.

You get freaky things like this happening when the Microsoft Installer (MSI) fails to install something and gets hung up.
