Ok, I am lost -  I have read in this forum about "File --> open Database". I cannot find it. The drop down under File has:

Master Login
Import Attachments
Export to Folder
Import from Folder
Check Database Integrity
Compact Database
Options
Exit

Can anyone help me understand where to look?

Thanks!

Hi Dan,

Its definitely the File menu option you're choosing? Not any of the icons?

BTW what OS do you have?

Cheers,

Wilson.

Hi! If by icons you mean the "start" "refresh" "list" etc across the second row, no, I am in the row, and select the far left option, which is "file".

I am using Windows XP, and version 1.0.1 of your software.

Thanks!

Hi Dan,

Can you try this version:

Hi! Yes, now the "open database" is on the drop down menu. So, then I need to purchase the software to use that function. Thanks so much for your help!
