I originally posted this in 2005 (found it).  Tried the same thing again but this time Access seems to think the DBs are read only.  I do not have Access on the current machine where PGOffline DBs are -- in process of moving them.

Is there some other way if I can't open them with access?

Answered own question two ways.  1) I did still have Access on that computer.  2) when i opened it there, i just changed the name in:

tblGroups  (entry in actual table)

and renamed 3 tables:
tblYgr_<group name>
tblYgr_<group name>_Att
tblYgr_<group name>_Mmb

Hi Linda,

Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. I've been in a small car accident and issues surrounding it have been occupying my time.

So, I take it a 'Rename group' function would be useful?

Cheers,

Wilson.

Hopefully, it doesn't happen too often!  But, yes, a rename group (or new name of group) would be useful.

As you say, not an everyday occurance but pretty annoying when it does happen.

I'll ask Matti (the developer) to cost it.

Cheers,

Wilson.
