certificate authority

I am now using Vista. Have reinstalled PG Offline, downloaded the MS patch, and changed the visuals. But I keep getting the following error message when I try to download new messages -- 
Error : The certificate authority is invalid or incorrect

Any idea what this is and what I must do?

Hi Doug,

This message is usually associated with SSL certificates, something that PGO & Yahoo do not use. It might be something to do with your Router and/or Firewall. Are you running a VPN ?
