Endless Timeout-Errors

Hello!

I am owner of a licence from your PG Offline, but I am not only happy with it. The worst problems are endless timeout-errors when receiving messages from a group. As this phenomene is only at this program, I think the solution must also be there.

Hi Matthias,

As you notice, no one else has this problem so I imagine this is a problem with something about your computer or your connection.

Do you have another PC in your house ( e.g. a laptop) that you can try out PG Offline on ?

This will tell us if the problem is with the PC or the connection.
