Barely enough retention to figure out the events of the current sixty seconds.

IMO, should be a reader of the log file.  Not only should the log file be optional
but, it's size should be variable and controllable FIFO, and types of events
logged -- selectable, based on need.

Most users do not require such a feature but it exists for the 'expert' user.

pgoffline25.exe -log  

(IIRC).

Beware, it can create huge files.
