New security measure for yahoo?

I think yahoo may have a new security measure. I cannot access my yahoo mail account when downloading from PGO and vice-versa - I get a time out error whenever I try to use PGO at the same time when I'm downloading my yahoo mail. Is anyone else noticing this?
