Hey,
Lately, when I have been opening PG Offline, it pops up this box saying "Warning! Database is reached 98% of it's maximum size!"

How can I fix this or make more room? I don't have to take some things off there and move them somewhere else do I?

Have a look at this thread:

Any questions, just ask.

Cheers,

Ummmm, I read it but I don't get it. I tried doing it a couple times, but it doesn't work. I'm confused. :(

OK,
The best thing to do is create a new database and transfer some of your groups to the new database.

1) Create a new Database with File--> New Database.
2) Export (File->Export to Folder) some of your groups.
3) Import (File-> Import from Folder) them to the database you have just created.
4) Delete the exported groups from the original database. Now your groups are split over two databases.
5) Do a File--> Compact Database on the original database to recover the space.

I hope that makes the process a little clearer.

Well when I get to the third step, it asks me to select which groups to import, but the groups only show up in grey, and it says I need to add them to the list. Well I try to login to my new database with my username and password and it won't let me, so how am I supposed to add the groups to the list?

The process I would use is:

1)     File--> New Database, create new database.
2)     File--> Open Database, open your new database.
3)     Groups--> Get Groups List, choose groups from list
4)     File--> Import from Folder, choose & import groups

PGO does not request a login for the database.  When you create the database you will be prompted to enter your Yahoo master login details but these are used to log you in to Yahoo, not the database.

Does that help at all?

Cheers,

Wilson.

Ok when I get to the third step(to Get Groups List), it gives me the message 'Error: Invalid page format' :(

Wilson Logan

You can manually add Groups using Groups--> New Group.

I just hope you don't have too many to add.

Ok thanx, that seems to work. I kinda have alot of groups though.

I have another problem though, I tried downloading some more messages from my new database and original database, and they both wont download any now. It just gives me the same "Error: Invalid page format" :(

OK, well I'm afraid the news on this is not so good. I'm experiencing the same problem when I connect from home. When I connect from the office it all works.

I'm still trying to figure out whats different. It would be a great help if you could try using PGO from an alternate location but still using your own ID & groups. Perhaps at your office or a friends house.

Thanks,

Wilson.

This may also be your problem.
