Messages per page on Digest page

I noticed that the only way to change the number of messages per page on the Digest view is to use the up and down arrows next to the field.  Can't seem to be able to type a new number into the field.  Going from 50 to 1000 takes a long time.

Maybe this isn't a bug ... but as Microsoft would say, "a feature."

Good point. The field is not directly editable. And it should be.

I'll add it into the next version.
