Hi Wilson,

It'd be great to be able to tab back and forth between the different views. It works to some extent but not completely. E.g. when I select a message header, then hit tab, it takes me to the actual message and I can then scroll down the message using the arrow, in order to read it. However, when I try to back-tab so I can carry on going through the message headers, I can't. (Does that make sense?!)

Also, it'd be good to have a Catch Up feature so you can mark all the unread messages in a folder as read. Some newsgroup programs I use allow you to right-click on the folder name in the left-hand bar and then choose Catch Up - that marks all the messages in that folder as read.

Cheers

Eric

Hi Eric,

Have you tried full screen mode yet? Try it, you'll like it. Just double click on any message in the message list.

Right click in message list pane to get context menu. Choose 'Mark as Read'. OK, you have to do the highlighting yourself. Maybe I should have a 'Mark all as Read' option?

Wilson.

Hi Wilson,

Ah, the full-screen mode is good, yes. The tabbing feature might still be a good one, but full-screen does pretty much what I wanted to be able to do.

Yes, a "Mark all as read" option was what I was suggesting really - some call it Catch Up, others call it Mark All As Read.

Cheers

From your description it sounded like what you wanted.

We'll add a 'Mark all as read' feature when Alex gets back from his holidays.

Cheers,

Wilson.

Wilson,

I'm a relatively new user and I'm wondering if the mark all as read feature got added as I have a lot of archived messages to mark as read at the moment and I can't find it?

If you right click in the message list pane, it should be there as an option.

Wilson.

Sorry,

Didn't  realize it was:

Click first message
Shift Click to select last message
mark as read.

I was looking for a mark all as read.

My mistake.

Mark

Mark,

I'm going to add a Mark All facility to the changes queue.

Cheers,

Wilson.
