Error - downloading missing messages

When I attempt to download missing messages, everything goes fine until a "Does not exist" is encountered. A couple of seconds after that, an error message pops up:

pgoffline25.exe - Application Error

The instruction at "0x08551220" referenced memory at "0xd22f31a8". The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program
--------------------------------------------
The download continues for 5 - 10 seconds, then the program shuts down.

I've repeated the process 4 times, with the same result. Is this a bug, or do I have a configuration problem?
