Get Member Address For Current Group

Hello,
I am attempting to download 2170 member addresses from a 20 year old group using PGO v4.0.897 on a Windows 8 PC.
Member addresses are not hidden and can be viewed on Yahoo but not fully saved there do to the 1000 member DL limit.

I can select and initiate a download using 'Get Members For Current Group' and see the transfer begin but it always stalls
somewhere in the 'A's' in the alphabetical member e-mail address list. When this happens PGO apperars to be frozen.

I can then only exit PGO by manually right clicking the programs desktop icon and selecting 'close window'. If I restart PGO the process repeats itself. I am able to download all other group posts, photos, files and links but member info remains an issue.

Its not stuck... its waiting.

It issues more requests for data than YG can handle so it appears stalled.

Or at least that's what used to happen.

OK, tested it.

It still works and its still as clunky.

Expect maybe two minutes per 100 members.

There's no indication that is has finished.  All you can see is that it has issued all the *requests* which is NOT the same as receiving the data.

Theoretically you could watch it in real time by looking at the ygroups.db3 file and constantly querying the file size.

Or you could go and make a cup of tea and watch the telly for half an hour.
