Is any work being done on 4 beta? I keep checking back but it still doesn't work at all. Is the project still alive?

If I click on Group > Get Groups List, the ‘Select Groups’ dialogue pops up, but with no groups in it (to add or remove).

Am I doing sth wrong?

Hi Wilson,

We haven't been able to back up our two groups since 08/27/2014 following the NEO fiasco.

I've checked the forum here every month or so to see what's going on in terms of a fix.

I just downloaded and installed (4.6 MB) ...

... which apparently doesn't do anything.

Am I missing something, and do you have any suggestions?

Thanks.

Stephanie

Hi Stephanie,

Version 4 is a new program, not an update to version 3.

You will need to find and run version 4. It has a different start icon to version 3. Its start icon looks like a page of text whereas the PGO V3 icon is a kind of swirly affair.

In Windows 7 you can start it from

Start--> All Programs --> PG Offline 4--> PG Offline 4

Cheers,

Wilson.
