Fixed: photo download works

NOTES:

We have to work around some Yahoo issues.  Some images have a filename of "n/a" but each photo does have a photo name.  When this occurs we use the photo name plus the image format to create a name; but we also append the "yahoo photo id" of the photo.
For example, "TestPhoto_4545353.jpg" where "4545353" is the yahoo photo id.

Secondly, concerning the above situation, without a filename we have to use the photo name but we have to determine the file extension.  Yahoo gives us the photo image format and we attempt to assign a file extension based upon it; jpg, png, gif, bmp, ico.  If the image format is not yet handled by PGO then we output a message telling us the format which is not yet handled.

Note 2: A nice-to-have feature would be for PGO to automatically send an error condition email to 'PGO development' about an image that was not handled. Auto bug reporting would be nice.
