Database 90% full

Now getting the message Database 90% full and I have read the sticky posted above and followed that.
However all that happens is the screen goes grey and then it hangs.
I left it compacting overnight in case it needed more time but this morning still got the grey screen.

Using 3.0.76, anyone got any ideas ?

Hi John,

Thats not so good. It sounds like your database is corrupted.

Do you have a copy of Microsoft Access 2000 or later?

If you have, you can open the database (ygroups.mdb) file with Access and use its internal database repair facility.

If not... we have a bit of problem. How big exactly is the database file?

That's fixed it.
It was 208,000 and is now 139,000 after repairing in access and compacting.
That doesn't sond large to me ?

Hi John,

Thats not big at all.  90% full is somewhere around 1.8GB. The absolute limit is 2GB.
