High CPU usage?

Wilson, I have PG Offline set to pull down 160 messages every 65 minutes from just one group. I noticed that while it is waiting between downloads it is running the CPU at 80% and more -- that doesn't seem right just to be in a timing mode?

My system is an Athlon 2700+, XP Pro, with 1.5 gig RAM and running a Matrox Parhelia video.

Update: The CPU usage drops to about 8% or less when downloading messages. When the process completes and PG Offline goes into wait mode, CPU usage jumps back up the 80% range...I would've expected just the reverse. Is this a known issue?

Yes, its a known issue & will be sorted in the next release.
