Hi Ankit,

The developer was supposed to be back from his holiday on Monday but
has extended it till Saturday. I will ask him about your problem then.

For the moment I would suggest, get the latest version from the downloads page & lose the proxy.

Cheers,

Wilson.

Hi Ankit,

PG Offline does not now support proxys & probably will not support proxys in the near future. Sorry.

My advice is that you try PGO without your proxy & use the latest version (2.5.021).

Cheers,

Wilson.

I hate to send "me too" messages, but I just downloaded the evaluation version of PG Offline, with the 2.5.21 patch, installed and cannot get connected.  I'm >not< behind a proxy, but am behind a firewall.  No other internet product is having a problem, including FTP and Yahoo.

Any clues?

Which firewall are you using ?

Cheers,

Wilson.

Bear

I'm using a hardware firewall, but that turnet out not to be the problem.   I'm using the Mozilla browser rather than IE.  I resolved this by:

1) starting IE and logging into Yahoo
2) Setting workflow to skip authentication.

Now it's working!
