For the past few weeks I have only been using PG Offline to retrieve membership lists. I am now ready to use it to retrieve messages, links, photos, files, etc.

However, I am utterly clueless about a few things, I see Wilson in "Demo 1" video on YouTube making it look really easy (like each group knows where that group's files, photos, Links, etc are already automatically separated into their own folders, but I suspect that what I really need to do is (one time only) create sub-folders for each group name and within each group/folder name, create still other sub-folders to hold that groups files, photos, messages and links, prior to downloading that group's contents for the very first time, yes?

Well, I tried that with a single group I manage called: FileSpace_Links

Within C:\Users\Bob Hare\AppData\Local\PG Offline 4\ I created my group-named folder and associated them and their sub-folders in each group's
(right-click) group name/groups settings/folder settings menu (tab)

Assuming I am still OK, when I start downloading messages, every so often a (many times) repeatable (error?) message states:

SQLite notice (27): delayed 25ms for lock/sharing conflict at line 42482

Is this in fact an error at all, or is the program acting normally. If not, why not (or more importantly, can I do anything to correct this? (and am I correct in how I am setting up these folders?

Hi Bob,

It does it all automatically for you.

It creates all the folders and makes all the associations.

Cheers,

Wilson.

Howdy Wilson ...

If the folders are created "automatically" on first time group name access, why don't I ever see them when retrieving messages unless or until I create and designate in the 'settings' menu myself?
I believe my message of last night may have been too long as about half of it was struck out and I didn't see you address that part in your reply. Here is the rest of my original message:

Within C:\Users\Bob Hare\AppData\Local\PG Offline 4\ I created my group-named folder and associated them and their sub-folders in each group's
(right-click) group name/groups settings/folder settings menu (tab)

When I start downloading messages, every so often a (many times) repeatable (error?) message states:

"SQLite notice (27): delayed 25ms for lock/sharing conflict at line 42482"

Is this in fact an error at all, or is the program acting normally. If not, why not (or more importantly, can I do anything to correct this?

PGO creates folders called Attachments & Files & Photos and in each is a sub folder for each group.

Which it creates when you download Attachments or Files or Photos.  Not before.

The SQLite notice is a warning you usually only see when you run concurrent instances of PGO which use the same database.

You can do that but I prefer concurrent instances of PGO which do not use the same database.
