To clarify: attachments are not included in files?

Hi,

I'm undergoing an effort to archive as many of the older keyboard/synth/repair groups on Yahoo as I can in light of the coming shutdown. Am I correct in believing that no attachments from the group are included in the Files or Photos sections?

They are NOT in the Files and Photos sections.

They are in the Attachments section.

Thank you. I have read all the previous threads prior to posting. It has occurred to me that perhaps the Attachment section is not accessible until all messages finished downloading? Currently, even in the PG4 folder in File Explorer, I have Files, Photos, Links, Trial, and two program files, but no Attachments section. I'm also not seeing a way to access them from inside PG4 aside from opening an individual message first. What am I doing wrong?

The attachments folder is created when there are attachments.

If your groups has no attachments OR Yahoo is not serving them, no Attachments folder will be created.

That seems to be it! Archived another group that I knew had attachments and now there is a folder for that one. Looked back and the previous group had no attachments. Thank you for your help!
