I`ve just downloaded and tried to use this program but I keep getting an illegal operation:

Can you tell me when you see this error? I mean, does it happen immediately you start the program or is it when you download messages or what ?

sorry for not getting back, `puter been down the last few days.

The error sometimes happens at the start and then sometimes I can have downloaded 20/30 message and it happens.
