stop fails

There are times when it's doing something or timing out where clicking the stop button does nothing.  I just have to wait till it gives the choice the "stop/wait"

Also at other times when I'm in some other program and then I go back to PGO it has the "stop/wait" box but when I click it it doesn't focus.  I can't click anywhere on the window to bring it up front to click either option.  If I click the option when it's not focused (in front) it does nothing.

PGO wont stop until it gets a response or times out. 'Stop' is a bit of a misnomer. It should really be called 'Stop after I've finished my current task' but that wont fit on a button :)
