Just checking to see if I am the only person getting an invalid page format???

I have the latest version and am running windows xp. I can get about one group out of about 10 to download some messages. I have tried all the usual ways arround it... skip authorization, download limit etc....

Any ideas or is it a yahoo thing?

Never mind I found the problem.... It was with Internet Explorer not pgoffline.

Funny thought I have never gotten Invalid page format just from I.E.

Alex,

How did you diagnose this i.e. how does it manifest itself in IE?

Can you send me a screen shot ?

Cheers,

Wilson.

I just downloaded and installed the latest 30 day demo ver of PGOffline and I was able to get all 5488 messages from my group in one shot with no problem! Very nice Wilson!

When I went to "Get Member", I'm also  getting the "Error: Invalid Page Format" message as well. What do I need to change in IE to fix this?

Thanks,

Hi Jesse,

Its probably not an IE problem.

Lets check first, you are the group owner ? You can normally only get the memberlist if you're the owner. Very few groups have public memberlists anymore.

Assuming you  do have access to the memberlist, sign in to your group using Internet Explorer. Now start PG Offline. Make sure "Skip Authorization" is ticked (you can find it in File--> Options--> Workflow).

Then try to get the memberlist.

Signing in to Yahoo groups with IE means that PGO doesn't need to. This my bypass the problem. If it doesn't work please contact me at
