Wilson,

My PGOffline software (updated and used just recently) is now telling me that it is an

" unregistered copy and the evaluation period is expired."    (something like that)

Is the registration I paid a subscription (for a period of time) or forever?

Hi Warren,

Your registration is forever. Its just that PGO has got its knickers in a twist about your hard disk serial number for some reason.

We now (as of 2.5.043) have an online registration method. Which would be great if I didn?t have to manually initialise your registration in the registered users database. Which I can?t do till tomorrow as I?m away from home at the moment. Can you hang on till tomorrow?

Cheers,

Wilson.

This seems to have happened with my update to the latest version.

I've tried the automatic registration and it says it doesn't recognize my email......which it should.

It can wait 'til tomorrow.

Hi Warren,

I've sent you an email with your registration instructions.

I opened the program....and NEW SURPRISE...there's no "auto registration" in the HELP menu.....but the program seems to have registered itself this time....since it's working normally.

Hi Warren,

My guess is that whatever it was that made PGO lose your HDD serial info has gone away, now it has re-found the info & all is well.

If you get stuck in the future you can register online. The Auto Registration option is only available on un-registered systems.

Cheers,

Wilson.
