I Need a Registration Number

Wilson I need a registration number.

I made a mistake and copied the new hard drive number from Device Manager instead of PGOffline, and so as I wrote 18 days ago and in the subsequent 3 emails which you haven't answered, the new registration number you sent 19 days ago doesn't work.

I don't know what reason there may be for this lapse in support, but I trust you will address my request now.

I emailed you at your ntlworld address, and from the same AOL email address as I always have, including when you sent the registration number last month.

After I read your note here I tried your info (at) pgoffline.com address, but apparently you didn't get my email there either.
