Search problems?

Sometimes the search function doesn't find messages that I know ARE there. For instance, if I search for messages by someone who I know DID post messages, sometimes they just aren't found.

I'm putting the person's email address (the one she used for the posts) in the "sender" field, selecting the group in question, then using "find all."

Any suggestions?

You need to search by Yahoo Id to find posts by a specific person. Or you can use the 'Find Person' feature in the search function. Or... you can sort by Author in the message list.
