I have been trying buy PGO for about 2 weeks now. I have sent repeated emails to both addresses I can find for Wilson Logan, in response to which I should receive a PayPal invoice which I would pay so I can use the software. But despite all those attempts, I receive absolutely no response whatsoever.

I understand why the trial offer has been terminated and am prepared to pay for PGO, but how? What can I do to get a response to my requests so that I can pay and start using it. Needless to say, time is not on my side and a 2 week delay is frustrating to say the least.

Your email is bouncing.  I've left messages for you in GMF & YGOG.

I've had other people mail you.

That's a puzzle. The email address I use for this forum is fully functional. Indeed I just sent a test message and it came through perfectly.

There is certainly nothing wrong with the destination mailbox, so something along the way must be interfering.

I've emailed you again directly.

I have sent repeated PMs but there is still nothing in my 'sent items'. This forum thinks my email address was bouncing when it is clearly not as everything else is using if perfectly. I changed it anyway.

What about emails I've sent directly to PGO support addresses? Have they not got through, or are they just being ignored?

I've been trying to buy PGO for about 2 weeks. Do I have to give up?
