Hi,

I've just installed PGOFFLINE v2.5.49 because I want to back up a PRIVATE forum that I'm a member of.

I have used IE to log in to this forum before I open PGOFFLINE. I have put my master login details in PGOFFLINE but when I click 'Get Group List' an 'Invalid Page Format' error comes up.

I have looked at this forum and tried this with 'Skip Authorization' selected and not selected - same error.

I have also tried 'Refresh' at various points.

I have followed the instructions on post

http://pgoffline.com/smf/index.php?topic=627.0

and run pgo.bat.

I have just emailed you the html file generated. Please advise on what I should do next as I really need to back this forum up but have tried for several hours now to get this software working. It's currently in it's 30 day trial (is it fully functional - or do I need to pay for it to work properly first?)

I have emailed you the HTML file generated in the log.

Please advise as soon as you can,

Thanks
James Froggatt

Hi James,

Which operating system & version of IE do you have?

Thanks,

Wilson.
