Firewall settings

I recently updated Windows 10 and since then PGO v867 refuses to connect to download the messages.  I use Norton security and made changes the firewall settings to allow PGO but still no luck.  I am pretty sure I am missing some other setting that I need to change.  Can you please help.

Windows 10 has an undo button somewhere. I'm not going to Windows 10, ever.

Unless you have a gigantically pressing reason to go to 10, just go back to 7.

However, if you must use 10, you could try the Win7 compatibility mode.
