New hard drive and now my registration doesn't work

Wilson,
 I have written to you privately twice.  Since I got a new hard drive a few weeks ago, my PG Offline no longer works.  How do I reach you?

Hi,

If anyone else is reading this, Barbara contacted me at

and I was able to solve her problem.


We've gone to a web based registration system now. If you have this problem you'll need to DL & install the latest patch:

http://www.personalgroupware.com/groupmanager/pgpatch25047.exe


Than I will need to add you manually to the online users database.

Once that is done you need to follow these instructions to get a new code:


1) From the Help menu choose 'Auto Registration'.


2) Fill in the UserName, Company & e-mail fields.


3) Choose 'Get Individual Registration Number '.


4) Write down the Reg code displayed on a piece of paper. That way if your PC crashes & you need to re-install you will know what your code is.


Should you ever wish to re-register, follow the same procedure but also enter your old reg code in the 'Old Individual Registration Number' field & choose 'Get New Individual Registration Number ' instead of 'Get Individual Registration Number '.
