Totally Stuck!

I have not run PGOffline for a while.  When I came to do it (version 3), it tells me I have an unregistered copy.  When I try to register it, I get the message "Currency information cannot be retrieved from the server".  I have to delete the program through Task Manager because I cannot get rid of this message.

I have installed version 4, but when I open the program I get the message "Trial has expired" and the program deletes itself.

I have read a lot of messages on this forum but I cannot find anything that will help me resolve these issues.

Any help will be appreciated, because at the moment I am totally stuck.

I now have version 4 working, but 2 major problems.  Firstly when I try to import thousands of messages from a version 3 database, it imports about 140 then gives up.  Tried several times with the same result.

More importantly, when I start the download, after downloading a few messages, I get the Windows message "PGOffline has stopped working".  This has happened every time.

The Windows event log contains a lot of information which may give you some clues as to what is happening.

Speaking of trials, my trial version of PGOffline4 expired. I cannot buy the full version because it keeps shutting down and closing. I am under a bit of a time crunch because (yet) another list moderator announced they were deleting the Yahoo mailing list and if we want to access old our posts, we have to download them quickly.

Same issue with the files. Has that been fixed?

Edited: I uninstalled the software (after making certain I had backed up my mdb file) and installed it agai and have another 89 days. Files are not download-able, but the message limits settings seem to work.

I'm having trouble with version 4 also. I keep getting the "trial version expired" error too. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing twice and cannot get the error to clear.

To get more time you need to install a different version.

Did you install something called EasyRedirect.exe  (by EasyHide-IP) ?

Please try running PGO with this process switched off.
