Reinstalling

Hi Wilson

I am trying to reinstall  on a new computer, and keep getting the message
user Gillian Eardley with email adress (my email address) isn't registered
on the server. Now I have pressed the wrong button, and it is telling me I am
registered but payment not accomplished. Can you help please.
