Hi Michael,

Please download this file:

http://www.pgoffline.com/groupmanager/pgo.zip

& unzip to c:\pgo.bat

Then, can you please in Windows do Start--> Run  and type

cmd

in the input field. Hit enter. You will be taken to a DOS window.

run the batch file by typing C:/pgo.bat at the command prompt (looks like this > ) in the DOS window which will start PG Offline in debug mode. Try to do a download of a problem group so that you get the 'Invalid Page Format' error. Once you get the error you can stop PG Offline.

Now go to the folder C:/Program Files/PG Offline/Log and there will be at least one HTML file there. Can you please zip up the HTML file(s) and send them to me? My email is wilson.logan (at) ntlworld.com

Thanks,

Wilson.

Hi Michael,

PGO uses the cached information (from IE) of your last login to Yahoo. If you clear your browser cache (or stop using IE) PGO cannot login. Can you please login to Yahoo and then start PGO. If it works then good, if not, please let me know.

Thanks,

Wilson.

FWIW here in Australia I've had the IPF message intermittently for a couple of weeks now. It may persist for an hour or 2 and then you try again and and the download is successful. No changes to settings or the like occur in between. So more of a nusiance than a real problem.

Alan

Hi Alan,

When it is unsuccessfull, can you do me a favour and run a debug session?

To do this, please download and unzip this file:

to C:/pgo.bat.

Then in Windows do Start--> Run  and type

cmd

in the field. Hit enter. You will be taken to a DOS window.
