Registration Trouble

Hi,

I'm having trouble sending my registration details to info@personalgroupware.com

Is there an alternative email address i can mail details?

Hi Ayca,

As of version 2.5.043, you should use the online registration system e.g.

http://www.pgoffline.com/purchase.htm

If you've just Paypalled me money outside of the registration system please let me know and I'll mail it back to you.

Hi Ayca,

Did you look at:

http://www.pgoffline.com/purchase.htm   ?

The old way to register was you sent me your details. Now you use the online registration process.

You should enter your details into the online registration system and choose the 'Get Individual Registration Number' button.

Hopefully it will return you a registration code. If not please let me know what happens.

BTW you will need to be running at least version 2.5.043 to use the online registration process.

Hi Wilson,

I'm using version 2.4.53 ~ I used the above mentioned method. I think after the paypal system, i some how ended up on a webpage explaining to mail details. The program says I'm registered on the server but payment has not cleared, tho it's cleared in my bank account.

Hi Ayca, If you're paying by Paypal cheque that could well be the problem. They nake their money by taking it from you, holding onto it for a few days & then giving it to me. I'm not even sure that our online registration system is set up to cope with such payments. On Friday I?ll have access to the registered users database and I will be able to add you regardless. When I?ve done it I?ll send you an email explaining what to do.
