Wilson, this is two requests in one!

1.It would be nice to be able to import the attachments from thunderbird as well as outlook.

2. Sometimes groups will purge messages in their groups, but they are still downloaded via email - it would be nice to be able to import those missing messages. This is probably not going to be feasible, unless the message number is somewhere in the email - which I don't think it is.

Hi Tammi,

Whats Thunderbird?  A mail Client?

Regarding import of messages, you could do it manually. You'll have to do it manuall as you point out, the message number is not in the message. You'll have to open the message table and insert the record by entering the message number, author, date, time, message text, etc.

It might be possible to write a script to automate most of that task.

Cheers,

Wilson.

Thunderbird is Mozillia's Email Client. A nice alternative to microsoft.

Me write a script? Err.... Ummmm... Err.... I think I'll leave that to folks who know what they're doing. If I did it, my PC would blow-up!
