I just removed my program with all it's components using windows add/remove.  I had a whole list and removed a few and everything was still there.  When I got to the 2nd to last it wiped out everything.  Including databases.

Any way to restore all my groups and program????

This is on my laptop.  My main computer cratered a few month's back.  I think it needs a power supply.  Anyway.  Please help.

Assuming you have the same groups on your main PC, you can copy your ygroups.mdb file from your main PC to CD or DVD, re-install PGO on your laptop & then copy the ygroups file from CD onto the newly created ygroups file.

If you have different groups on the laptop.... I'm not sure how permanent windows de-installer is. First thing is to check your Recycle Bin. If nothings there you could try a utility which restores recently deleted files e.g.

If that doesn't work, download your groups from the downloads page

http://www.pgoffline.com/downloads.htm

& for those that aren't there,  give me a list & I'll help you DL them.

Cheers,

Wilson.

Thanks Wilson,
I tried the program but some of the files had already been overwritten.  Also, the older version deleted were missing parts.

I ended up going to your site and downloading the fully feathured version.  To my surprise :)  All my groups and messages must have still been on my hard drive because they all popped up.  I refreshed all groups to get the latest messages and all is good.

Thanks again.
