Program Dissapears when Minimized?

I am running the new version on windows XP.. The problem is that the program is no where to be found. It is running when I click CTrl Alt Del and I can see it in the processes, yet it is not on my screen. I even tried to use the maxamize in the end proccesss screen and it shot to the left corner and  just went poof out of sight! Got any solutions?

Have you see PG Offline icon in system tray?

No, there is no Icon on the system tray. I should have said that better. When the program is  closed with the download options running and you close the program, that is when the problems happen. Not when Minimized. The program was set for auto download, and then closed. It will not respond when you try to open it.  It is running in the background thought.
