unable to get registered propery

Hi Wilson

I think my last email must have gone astray, it went something like this.

I had two code numbers written down, the second one 63020777 I thought was
specific to the hard drive number, which is in my laptop.

I have now entered this number in my main computer as the old registration
number and pressed the button, it generated a new number 68630586.

But! my "Pgoffline" prog says I'm still not registered and each day is counting down
the time I have left.

All the indications when pressing any of the buttons on the registration form are
that I'm registered at your end but nothing changes at this end.

Any ideas please?

Hi Alan,

I'm away from home at the moment & I thought I'd be able to get my email quite easily. Didn't work out that way. I'm still struggling with Outlook on my laptop. Guess I should have installed and tested it before I left the house! Doh!
