Hello,

I had a power loss while downloading messages.  Now when PG Offline comes up I get an error message box that states:
"Unable to read trial data."
I tried reinstalling PGO over the top of the existing copy, then removing and reinstalling PG Offline while deleting the program folder, with the same error message each time.
I'm assuming it's a registry key error, but have no idea what would need to be done to correct it.  I'm already running pg-offline-4.0.819-x86, so unless there's an update, I'm at the latest version.

Thanks,
Greg

Hi Greg,

Yes, sounds like the registry.

I'll ask the developer what key needs to be amended/deleted.

Cheers,

Wilson.

I don't think it will matter, but I'm running Windows 7 32-bit Home Premium.
I believe the registry hives are the same.

I got mine fixed.  Exactly what did it, I'm not sure.
I tried removing and reinstalling PG Offline.  Then removed it, deleted the program folder and reinstalling it.  None of that worked.
I also looked through the registry and didn't find anything, but if it was a setting that was missing, I wouldn't anyway.

Finally I uninstalled it,  removed any registry entry that had groupware and PG Offline in it.  Deleted the program folder along with the PG Offline folder in my username roaming directory.

After that, I rebooted the PC and reinstalled PGO.  I'm back up and running.  All the settings are just like it was a clean install, but it's working.
