Title: Internal Mail client wont send beyond 3-0-77
Post by: peterbm on February 16, 2010, 01:29:18 AM
After upgrading to 3.0.84 the internal email client stopped sending any messages.

Uninstalled/reinstalled 3.0.82, same problem.

Uninstalled/reinstalled 3.0.77, problem fixed.

W2K SP4.

Hi Peter,

I have W2K at work. I'll try it out and let you know.

Cheers,

How'd you go Wilson?

It'd be great to get this sorted as I'm also getting timeout/restart problems on one forum with 3-0-77 and it seems moving up to a higher version might fix that. But if I update the email stops...

28 May. Bump. Any word on a solution?

Hi Peter,

Sorry for the delay. Can you tell me how far the sending gets on later versions?  The reason I ask is that I don't have the internet at work so I may be able to go through the motions of sending email in W2K but won't be able to test the results.

What are the symptoms more exactly?

You can send screenshots if thats easier to wilson.logan (at) ntlworld.com

Cheers,

Wilson.
