Title: Compacting a small database hangs PG Offline

Wilson,
I cannot get even a small database to to compact. PG Offline 3.0.077 in Windows 7 X64, new install today.

I started it over an hour ago and it is still not finished. Last time when I attempted to compact one with less than 1000 messages I used Task Manager to stop the process.

Not sure what to do now. Except for importing and compacting the program seems to be working pretty well.

I downloaded and installed the latest version of PG Offline. Now compacting will work. It IS very hard to tell when it is finished though, since it just sits there. The program will hang if I resume activity and it has not finished compacting.

Hi Mary,

You won't need to compact your database until you get to about 200,000 records. Still, you should be able to do a compact any time you like.

Please upgrade to 3.0.82 and let me know if you still have problems.
