I just installed 3.0.67 for the first time to try your product and my very first group hangs. I get:

4/17/2009 4:08:19 PM > Set group's info (xxx)
4/17/2009 4:08:19 PM > Authorization started
4/17/2009 4:08:20 PM > Authorization accomplished
4/17/2009 4:08:20 PM > Request number of messages
4/17/2009 4:08:20 PM > Number of messages : 1131
4/17/2009 4:08:20 PM > Receive message : 1

Any ideas?

Scott, At the top of the page ::) you'll see a heading "News: Yahoo have made format changes and we are creating a patch for that."

They are working on it, but Yahoo! had made a major change and it is going to be awhile before we see the patch.

Thanks Michael. Interestingly, another similar but not quite as nice product I just tried downloaded them without problem. So it seems that PG Offline might be a bit behind? Thanks

Scott,

Yes, you can use Guru downloader or the even more basic, Y2Mbox.

We are behind but we have a larger system to fix and there is another issue I will allude to later.
