Print Page - Error during downloading messages

"Error during save message to the database.
Error information: Automation error
The object invoked has disconnected from its clients."

I never had it before when I tried the program..not sure what I need to do to fix it. It comes up quite a bit and then the program crashes.

What operating system do you have and what version of PG Offline?
