Just trialling the application, and I have to say its-almost-'killer'!
An audible alert (user selectable wav file?) and a visual alert (especially when the app is minimized to the system tray) would be great. Or how about 'on new messages' run following program, this would be really useful for me!
The number of new messages could also be displayed next to the group name, in addition to the star icon and bold group name.
These are the main things that are missing for me as a user.
