Hi Warren,
Yes, something fishy is happening. How long have you been getting the error?
Cheers,
Wilson.
Just tried last night to download.....first time in a couple of weeks.

Hi Warren,
I've had 3 people report this issue. 2 from Europe & one from the US. The first person to report this has told me that her groups are all now working.
I suspected that this error is a transitory problem created by yahoo software updates and now I'm 99% sure.
Can you hang on for a while to see if it clears up?
If you need your messages I can email you a zipped archive if you tell me the last message number that you got.
Cheers,
Wilson.
I get this for one of my groups, which requires me to click on another button sometimes to get further. If I go into IE and click the button, it seems happy to proceed; clicking it in Mozilla doesn't do it.
I'm getting the message "Error: The operation timed out" in spanish groups since may 1st.
I have installed the Patch 2.5.45, but there is the same problem. Can you help me?
Regards.
As Nightstitcher suggests, it might be worthwhile logging in to your group manually in IE then do a Refresh in PG Offline. Just make sure that Skip Authorisation (File--> Options--> Workflow) is switched ON.
This will cause PG Offline to just assume that you are already logged in which will get you past the button you need to click on.
Cheers,
Wilson.
I have pressed the refresh buttons and now everything it's ok.
I don't know why but if i only go to the group right click and ask for "receive messages" the tool no work. (until the refresh)
Well. Thank you.
Hi Wilson
Yahoo at it again??
1 Also I logo into Yahoo
2 Start PG Offline
3 Go back to IE and I am logged out of Yahoo
4 Log into Yahoo again (all info signin name gone)

Hi Dave,
Something is happening thats for sure.
What error do you get when it doesn't work? Invalid page format?
Cheers,
Wilson.
I have some groups which give me this error and some that do not...
We're looking into it now. I have a new developer called Simon Nattress (he did the WINCE port of PGO). I'll let you know when we know more.
Cheers,
Wilson.
Are others still having problems with page formats?
Sorry -- hit send too fast.
I've only got 1 of 11 groups that is downloading now
Are any of them public? Where are you located?
Thanks,
Wilson.
Unfortunately none of them are public...
I'm in the USA. Here is the list and the only one I'm able to download is CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO.
My Groups Manage
17inchWidebeltSanders
alternatepower
bridgeport_mill
CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO
DIY-CNC
felder-woodworking
FelderUsers
Hardinge-Mill
MiniMax-USA
oldwwmachines
shop_tool_exchange
ShumaTech
Hi,
You are having trouble signing in. Or more accurately, PGO is having trouble signing you in.
All the groups you can't get require membership. The one you can get (CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO) is public.
First and most obvious... can you please check that you have entered your login details correctly into PGO?
Assuming that your details are correct, log in to your group manually in IE then do a Refresh in PG Offline. Just make sure that Skip Authorisation (File--> Options--> Workflow) is switched ON.
This will cause PG Offline to use the cached login info from IE which should get you past the login screen.
Cheers,
Wilson.
Thanks!
I use normally firefox and had to muck around a bit but now it's working. Sorry for the questions. I should have been able to figure this out on my own.
Best Regards
Adrien
Hi Adrien,
No problem. Its not a trivial issue.
Cheers,
Wilson.
Wilson,
I was able to download ok on my desktop. When I tried to update my laptop 2 groups come up with invalid page format. I tried closing and restarting with no results.
I then went back to the desktop. It is now getting same message on one of the groups.
I will try again later today, Thursday.
Mary
Hi Mary,
Can you mail me the names of the groups that aren't working.
Thanks,
Wilson.
I seem to be having Invalid Page Format errors now. Appears to be affecting all groups. "bridgeport_mill" would be an exampe. I created a new database and tried again (in case my multiple instance experiment messed something up). Same result. Yahoo must have changed something again..
