Title: Error : Invalid page format.

Hi Wilson,

I have installed latest version and patched to 2.5.43
Half of my groups update ok and the other half get the dreaded
Error : Invalid page format.

Is there a patch that will fix this or will it sort itself out with time.

I think it'll sort itself out.  I got the dreaded IPF myself on Sunday and then on Monday it was back to normal again. Hopefully you won't be inconvenienced for too long. If it takes a while, see if there's anyone else on the group with PGO that can send you an updated archive file.

same happening here. just installed trial version. tried to download 2 groups and had invlaid page format errors when it was attempting to download the message. have the latest updaet installed. :-[

Its just your luck. My groups are all coming down fine. All you can do is wait till the server software is updated.

I am using the 043 trial and can't get anything but IPF after trying several times during the past few days.  I'm in the Eastern USA in a major metro area.

Can you give me an example of one or two of your groups? Preferably ones which have public archives so I don't have to actually try & join the groups (unless you own or mod them).

Hi...I just put a group in manually, and it seems to be retrieving it OK.  So it looks like the problem was in getting a group list, not in actually retrieving the messages.

A question...what are the differences between the trial and the purchased program?

Hi,

I got that for a while... where I could get groups but not the list. Give it a week & it'll clear up as they upgrade the servers.

There's no difference between the trial & registered version other than that the registered version has no time limit.

is this software useing any port
where is proxy setting

can u please tell me how to start
it dosnt show me any group
i am using from my office so is there any fiarwall setting need to change
