I installed PGOffline version 2.5.041 on to my desktop computer but the HDD Serial number didn't fill in so that I could send you the complete registration information to register the software after the 30 day trial finished.
I already have installed PGOffline on my laptop and I the HDD serial number automatically appeared.
I have been using the desktop PGOffline to collect some Yahoo groups e-mail so I don't want to lose that data if I need to re-install PGOffline.
What is the procedure that I should follow to register the desktop PGOffline software now that the trial is up and it won't let me run the program until I register the software but there is no HDD Serial number in the registration box?
