HI, I have finally got it working (thanks for the post regarding this issue)
I have just joined a group on Yahoo and they have 34,000 or so messages. I started the download of the messages and its only got down 15,000. (running Unregistered version) Is this there a limit to how many messages I can get down?

The short answer is that you should get about 80 - 100 thousand messages per session.

You should concentrate on the last dozen or so posts as the earlier stuff is now largely irrelevant but you can read it if you want the full historical perspective.
