When using a wheel mouse (with the scroll wheel on the middle button) the behaviour of the program is not correct. The focus of the cursor does not change with scrolling on the various parts of the program.
A "click" is needed to change focus from one part of the interface to another. A movement of the scroll wheel should produce scrolling when pointed at a list without the need for clicking on the list first.
