Running on XP SP2, norton antivirus installed + ms antispyware
Randomly crashes big time - errors i've managed to trap:
Unhandled exception at 0x7c81eb33 in pgoffline25.exe: 0xC000008F: Floating-point inexact result.
Thats all the info I can get from it. Always happens when collecting messages, sometimes within 10 seconds of starting it off & particularly if I try to read messages at the same time

Mine was crashing always upon a download start. I disabled the message cashing and it has not crashed yet. JRouche
PGO is alergic to SP2. If you want to keep SP2 & PGO you will need to switch to Windows Classic Theme:
To select a theme
1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
2. Click Appearance and Themes.
3. Under Pick a task, click Change the desktop background to go to the Display Properties dialog box.
4. On the Themes tab, in the Theme list, click the theme you want (Windows Classic), and then OK.
5. When you?ve set the theme, reboot & start PGO.

I'm not using themes (on classic) but anyways will you be fixing the bug in a future release?

Typically, the developer would like more info. Any chance of an MSInfo from your system
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\MSInfo
plus a screen shot of the error when it comes up?
