How do I get the "phpBB convertor" and what is the cost?

It?s based around my Yahoo restore application "PGO Plus"

but instead of restoring to Yahoo I restore to a clean phpBB board on my server, make a dump of that & give it to you to load onto your board.
Pricing is the same as for a Yahoo group restore, $40 + $1 per 1000 messages restored.
BTW you must be the group owner to use this.
